Terms of Trade

Greenvy provides lawn, grounds and property maintenance services across the Kapiti Coast in accordance with agreed scope, frequency and site conditions.

Service details are normally confirmed by quote, email, text message or verbal agreement before work begins.

Quotes are based on visible site conditions and the scope of work discussed at the time of assessment.

Where site conditions, access, growth level or service requirements differ materially from the original scope, pricing may be reviewed and discussed before additional work proceeds.

Scheduled services are carried out according to agreed frequency, subject to weather, ground conditions and operational requirements.

Attendance dates may shift where conditions affect safety, service quality or scheduling efficiency.

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area at the time of attendance.

If access is restricted, unsafe or unavailable, service may be postponed or charged where attendance has already occurred.

Full payment is required by the invoice due date.

Payments not received by the due date may incur an administration fee of 10% of the invoice total.

Payments not received within 30 days may be charged a 5% penalty calculated on a daily basis.

Unless otherwise agreed, grass clippings remain on site during routine mowing.

Green waste removal, disposal or additional clearing work is quoted separately where required.

Greenvy may recommend changes to service frequency where growth conditions, seasonal requirements or site presentation indicate that adjustment would improve service outcome.

Reasonable care is taken during service delivery, however customers are encouraged to advise of:

hidden obstacles

irrigation components

fragile items

restricted areas

special site considerations
